Center Harbor Sutton House B & B

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and friendly staff who helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. Can't wait to come back for a new year!

The location seemed perfect close to 2 recommended restaurants.

We had a great stay for our daughter's wedding.

The location was marvellous - close to Center Harbor as well as the lake. It also was very close to the White mountain national forest.

The breakfasts were always delicious and bountiful with offerings of fresh fruit, sweet breads plus different varieties. The location was particularly good and amazing there, right on the lake.

We appreciated rooms with a fire place. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, to sit in the garden as well, in the perfect area. Had nice dainties at Red Hill Dari, located steps away from the hotel.

Sutton House was charming with its antique decor and lovely furnishings. Thais, the owner, welcomed me warmly and provided thoughtful service. Breakfast was a highlight-delicious homemade scones paired with coffee in the sunroom made mornings special. The vibrant garden outside added to the tranquil ambiance. I noticed road noise from my Peach Lilly room, which affected relaxation. The bathroom felt cramped, and the separate washbasin in the bedroom was inconvenient. Parking was a bit tight during busy hours. I appreciated the effort but felt there could be more attention to some details .

I loved the cozy atmosphere, especially the charming decor. The peaceful garden area and inviting sun terrace added to my relaxation. Just be aware, the hot water took a little longer than expected, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. Highly recommend checking it out 😊

It was just a perfect match for a brief stop-in with excellent value for money. The place was clean and pretty, making for a comfy night. Remember to call ahead if you're arriving late, as they expect that.

We stayed at a lovely king suite with our two kids. The antique decor was charming, and the breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options. The location was perfect for enjoying local restaurants and access to the beautiful lake.

We celebrated our anniversary at sutton house b & b and were blown away by how wonderful it was! The breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade items, and the owner. Our king suite was spacious and very clean, really good !

Sutton house b & b was a good experience! The owner greeted us warmly and let us choose between two lovely rooms. The king suite was nicely appointed, and having breakfast every morning was a treat. Fresh fruit and thoughtful service made every morning special. Plus, it's close to lots of great spots for dining and exploring.
